She is presently the Principal of DPS Maruti Kunj (since 2004), and has successfully established many DPS schools including DPS Singapore. She is closely associated with CBSE and MHRD towards development of programs for teachers and students. She is the ideator for ASEAP (Association of Special Educators and allied professionals). She is also the brain behind establishing Quality Education Asia.

She is the CEO of Quality Education Asia and is the center of the Education vertical of OP. She has been associated with the field of education since 23 years, with 9 years as a School Principal. She is a CBSE resource person and has been certified by Cambridge university as a trainer for teachers. She has pioneered many educational initiatives in QEA and is responsible for bringing change in the QEA associated schools through professional development at all levels. She moderates all 120 schools under QEA chapters. She has the passion to trigger an environment of enquiry based learning in Indian classrooms.

Responsible for overall Offline sales goal achievement for the entire Group

After graduation he joined his family Publishing Business “Sanskar Bharti Prakashan” however he always aspired for more challenges, learning and experiments. To achieve that he did MBA and started his  own Publishing House. During his distinguished career of 25 years he has extensively worked in many markets along Northern and eastern India. He did lot of research in various education systems to provide practical and implementable solutions specially in K-12 segment.

Responsible for pre-press Book development and Print production

A Graduate from CCS University and Diploma holder in advance software development, Mayank is the Production Head at OP. Starting from 1996, in his  19 years experience he has worked with Big Publishing houses Like Vidya Prakashan, Arihant, Goel Brothers, Laxmi etc and also printers Like Gopsons, Pragati, Naveen, etc. He has an excellent knowledge of all kinds of Paper, Printing and Production technologies. He also coordinates the pre-press book development process and has experience of developing over 500 titles.

Responsible to create Student Leaders through iSmart Leadership Programme

A hardcore Operational Management Expert with over 14 years experience covering major part in DELL India, Nishant has successfully handled projects on Tech Support, EMEA Sales, COD reduction. He has numerous certifications to his credit Green Belt In Six Sigma / BPI Blackbelt,  Pro-Coach/ manager from Pro Sell and a certified Integrated services customer professional.

His present stint in education is  driven by the intense desire to empower the students with strong life skills coupled with leadership & entrepreneurial skills. He is an excellent Data Analyst and is working towards profiling the talent available in Young India.
